The Society began in 1984 as the brain-child of Paul Collins of Erlanger, Kentucky. In 1988 he relinquished the society to Bill Spidle of Plano, Texas. In 1992, the Society’s leadership changed hands again and was assumed by Jan Jacobs of San Diego, California, a retired USN Commander and F-4 RIO

Those initially joining the Society will receive all issues of the magazine published for that Volume Year. Membership is $40.00 for one “Volume Year.” Single issue price is $10.00. Minimum credit card purchase is $10.00

Special Mailing Rates: North American addresses add $8.00 for First Class, Europe add $12.00 for Air Mail, Pacific, Central America, South America and Middle East, add $15.00 for Air Mail

Foreign subscribers not sending additional funds will receive their Smoke Trails via surface mail. Payments to be made in U.S. Dollars payable through a U.S. bank or International Postal Money Order made out to U.S. Dollars. Cash sent through the mail will be at the risk of the sender. Visa and MasterCard also accepted.
